What are the different types of subscriptions available?

We offer four types of subscriptions: Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Extreme. Each comes with a certain quantity of coffee per month and a perpetual 10% store-wide discount.

How does the subscription service work?

You choose your preferred subscription type and we deliver your coffee to you each month. You'll be billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

How is Lattenda's coffee different from others?

All our coffees are high-quality, high-rated cupping score brands sourced directly from Colombian farmers. This direct connection ensures both premium quality coffee and fair prices.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on our website or by contacting us through email or chat. There are no cancellation fees. However, if you subscribed using a promotion or discount, you must keep the subscription active for at least an additional month before you can cancel it.

When will I receive my coffee after subscribing?

Once you subscribe, your coffee will be dispatched based on the date you signed up. Subsequent deliveries will follow that monthly date.
